NPC manufactures foam type dummy cores for applications in which the foam is more efficient for conducting the static charge effectively on the label. This kind of dummy cores are required in particular for specific applications.

NPC manufactures Pin Type Dummy Cores within product palette. Pin Type Dummy Cores give very good result especially in applications in which high static charging is required. Due to thickness of label or high humidty of environment,static charging effect may not be reached as expected. By means of its high electratatic charging features, Pin Type Dummy Cores make the IML Process available in these cases. As well as, Pin Type Dummy Cores are prefered by IML Container manufacturers thanks to its long life performance and easy usage. NPC is able to offer 3D-Printed Dummy Cores for the use of IML Container manufacturers. 3D-Printed Dummy Cores are lighter in weight and are advantageous in terms of the Robot Load Capacity. We make special 3D design with the highest strength and light weight so that an effective IML Process can be accordingly applied.

NPC is able to offer rotating type dummy cores for systems in which rotate cylinder is used for the succesful iml application. This is a special expertizing area for special projects.

NPC is able to manufacture Combined Type Dummy Cores in which both resin and pinning system is available. User will be able to make selection among both options.
